The foldable Kettler Coach LS Rowing Machine is equipped with a LCD training computer that continuously displays time, oar strokes, stroke rate, distance in km, room temperature, energy consumption, pulse rate and average values at the end of a session. Pulse measurements are taken via the chest belt to ECG precision and the LCD computer features a visual and acoustic alarm when maximum heart rate is exceeded. This rowing machine has a rope pull system combined with a non-wear magnetic brake system offering 10 stages of resistance. Additional features include a ball-bearing mounted seat for smooth movement; heavy transport castors and the faclity to perform up to 18 different exercises on the Coach LS, besides rowing. |
